Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and working closely with our healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for administering TMS treatments to patients with depression and other mental health conditions. Your role will involve preparing equipment, monitoring patients during sessions, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS therapy sessions as prescribed by the medical team.
• Prepare and maintain TMS equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions, observing for any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients about the TMS procedure and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
• Certification or training in TMS administration is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate medical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

Compensation
