Systemwide Quality Improvement for Workplace Violence Prevention


At one of the largest health systems in Canada, our team led the design and implementation of 12 integrated quality improvement (QI) projects targeting the measurement, prevention, and mitigation of workplace violence in acute care settings. This initiative focused on embedding safety, accountability, and staff well-being into the institutional culture across four hospital and research sites.

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program Development for Medically Complex Patients


We supported the redevelopment of the ECT service at a major academic health system in Toronto, focused on accessibility, safety, and evidence-based care for medically complex patients.

First Responder & Veteran Mental Health – TMS Program Development


We developed a specialized TMS program tailored to the unique needs of first responders and military veterans with treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

Indigenous Interventional Psychiatry Services – In Partnership with Indigenous Health Services


In collaboration with Indigenous health organizations, our team co-developed a culturally grounded interventional psychiatry initiative across 10 communities in Central Ontario.

Personalized Pharmacy Integration for Pharmacogenomics-Informed Care

Strengthening Comprehensive Palliative Care in Cross-Border Regions of the EU


Our team secured a total value of €860,074.08 for this strategic cross-border project which improved palliative care access and quality across border areas in two EU countries through EU funds. The initiative focused on institutional capacity building, digital education, and joint care models.

VR CareNect – Virtual Reality for Connected and Empathetic Pediatric Care


VR CareNect is a pilot project that uses virtual reality to enhance pediatric and palliative patients experiences during hospitalization and hospice care. The program delivers immersive, therapeutic environments to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety for children undergoing medical procedures as well as pain an anxiety among the palliative patients.

Key Contributions
  • Developed pediatric and palliative specific VR content in collaboration with clinicians, child psychologists and psychiatrists
  • Trained medical staff to incorporate VR into procedural and therapeutic care routines
  • Measured impact on anxiety and pain perception through observational studies and surveys

First International Hospital Accreditation – 300-Bed County Hospital


We led the first international hospital accreditation process at a 300-bed County Hospital, in line with ISQua and ISO 9001:2015 standards. This landmark effort aligned the hospital's operations with global benchmarks in quality and safety.

  • Built internal systems for clinical documentation, quality audits, and patient safety monitoring

Consulting on Smart Wearable Device for Athlete Biomarker Monitoring


Our team consulted on the development of a wearable health-tech solution for real-time monitoring of physiological biomarkers in elite athletes to the PoC stage. The goal is to improve performance and prevent injury through actionable data.

We led the strategic development and nationwide implementation plan of surgical antimicrobial prophylaxis guidelines, aimed at combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and promoting safer surgical care.

We supported multiple medical device manufacturing company in achieving ISO 13485:2016 certification and securing EU co-financing as well as MDR 2017 implementatin. The work enabled regulatory alignment and market expansion for Class I medical devices.
